the pillows and bed were very hard! my neck hurt every morning. the air conditioning got turned off 10 minutes after i left the room. so the room was always hot. apply, twice.

I found the staff very friendly. They went out of their way to do anything for you. A bar is present right on the beach platform. It is perfect.
The air conditioning system can be a bit strange. It feels like you can only turn it on or off.

the hotel staff were helpful sorting out the return of my husband's mobile phone, which he left in a taxi.
I found the air conditioning system to be problematic. It took a considerable amount of time for the room to cool down after activation (this was frustrating). the customer service and accounting teams provided inadequate assistance with resolving an issue related to a blocked amount on my credit card. It has been three months since my stay, and the refund has not been processed.
